⁃            The studio (Axiom Media Group, LLC.)  reserves the right to use photos/content under contract for advertising, display or publication and any other purposes. The client understands that by signing this contract, agrees with terms of use and that all persons in photos & video are included with agreement and shall indemnify and defend studio photographer under copyright agreement; in the event of litigation.
⁃            Negatives, digital files (including but not limited to RAW., JPG., MOV., WAV., PNG.) and previews remain exclusive property of the studio (Axiom Media Group, LLC.) & studio photographer unless shared copyright is negotiated.
⁃            If a shared copyright is agreed upon, both client and studio photographer share exclusive use of photos and videos allowing the client to use images delivered by studio photographer in any manner they wish as long as proper credit is given to studio photographer. Ex: “Photo credit to DLYPLNT for Axiom Media Group, LLC” via Social Media, digital marketing platforms, magazines, newspapers and brochures.
